01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action explicitly listed in Section 9 of these Terms, or any action that bk9999 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the platform's integrity.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bk9999 platform, clicking the registration button, completing the account creation process, or using any bk9999 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for, access, or use the bk9999 platform. Continued use of bk9999 following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active bk9999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. bk9999 will verify age as part of the CNIC identity verification process, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and closed.
• You must be accessing bk9999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited at the individual level under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bk9999 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted on the bk9999 platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bk9999 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement in place with bk9999 or any other gaming platform that is recognised by bk9999's responsible gaming framework.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile number, a functioning email address, and a date of birth. All information provided must be accurate and current. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

04 Account Rules

Each Player is permitted to hold one bk9999 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bk9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings across all accounts if multiple account ownership is detected.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bk9999 login credentials, including their username and password. bk9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bk9999 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the Player failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

bk9999 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds checks at any point. Players may be asked to provide additional documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bk9999 will notify the registered email address before any administrative fees are applied to dormant accounts.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bk9999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions such as PSL specials and Eid offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms published alongside individual promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotional terms before a withdrawal request will be processed. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated timeframe will be removed from the account automatically.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit of PKR 500 unless a higher amount is specified in the promotional terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Certain promotional bonuses apply a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from that bonus. Where applicable, this cap is stated clearly in the promotional terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player is entitled to claim each bk9999 promotional offer once. Claiming the same offer via multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bk9999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 500 (or equivalent in USDT at the prevailing rate).
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the bk9999 account balance instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank) may take one to three business hours to be reflected in the account balance depending on the sending bank.
• bk9999 does not charge a deposit fee. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed the bk9999 identity verification process (CNIC submission and payment method verification).
• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day.
• Bank transfers are typically processed within one to two business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• bk9999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold.

07 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on the bk9999 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual games — are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and RNG integrity. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are accessible within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, bk9999 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round to the Player's account balance. Winnings recorded during a confirmed malfunction may be voided. Game outcome disputes must be submitted to support at [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant session.

bk9999 imposes minimum and maximum bet limits on all casino games. These limits are displayed within the game interface before play commences. The platform reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with reasonable notice to active players.

08 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on bk9999 covers cricket (including PSL, Test matches, ODIs, T20 Internationals, and ICC events), football, UFC, tennis, and other markets as published on the platform. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted only while markets are open. bk9999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Void Bets: If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within a timeframe that renders the result official under the relevant governing body's rules, bk9999 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to player accounts.
• Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket). Results used by bk9999 are sourced from official feeds.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per event per player apply and are displayed in the applicable betting market. bk9999 may limit the maximum payout on any market at any time.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are offered subject to availability. Odds on live markets change rapidly. bk9999 is not responsible for delay-related discrepancies in live odds resulting from broadcast delays or data feed latency.
• Suspicious Activity: Bets placed using inside information, in coordination with match-fixing activity, or as part of arbitrage schemes designed to exploit odds discrepancies may be voided and the associated accounts suspended.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bk9999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one bk9999 account under any name, address, or payment method combination.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal or financial information during registration or verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to interact with or exploit the bk9999 platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform's software to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the bk9999 platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent bk9999's fraud detection or responsible gaming systems.
• Accessing the bk9999 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk9999 platform — including but not limited to the bk9999 brand name, logo, graphical assets, game titles, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of bk9999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk9999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of bk9999 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bk9999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime.

bk9999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or completely free of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may affect platform availability. bk9999 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits bk9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

bk9999 is committed to responsible gaming and complies with the responsible gaming requirements imposed by its international gaming license. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the player and enforced immediately by the platform.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session or per defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable alerts and automatic session cutoffs after a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, applied immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term account suspension for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Player data — including Pakistani CNIC details, contact information, and transaction records — is stored on encrypted servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or under the terms of bk9999's gaming license.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bk9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Minor updates — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or additions required by regulatory obligation — may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the bk9999 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk9999 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bk9999 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance.

If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only — class actions or group claims are not permitted.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
